As soon as your job is finished, off-hire your rented machine directly online. After receiving your off-hire notification, Luibl Rental & Sales will send you a written off-hire confirmation - only then is the off-hire legally valid and the rental period ends on the agreed date.
How off-hire works in 3 steps
- Fill in the form - Enter the Luibl ID or machine no., order and customer number and your contact details.
- Provide collection details - State the contact person, loading point, where the machine key is left and the date and time from which the machine is ready for collection.
- Send the request - After review, you will promptly receive your written off-hire confirmation by e-mail.
