The RTH series is the technical centrepiece of the Magni rental fleet at Luibl. The decisive feature is continuous rotation: the boom turns 360 degrees without a stop, without the machine having to be moved or manoeuvred. This considerably reduces downtime on cramped sites.

Lift heights and load capacities of the RTH series: the model range covers lift heights from 17 m to 51 m. The Magni RTH 6.51 is the highest telescopic machine available worldwide in its class - with 51 m lift height and 6 t rated load capacity. Specific applications:

• Wind farm maintenance: maintenance technicians reach nacelles and rotor hubs without a separate crane boom. The RTH 6.51 positions the work basket exactly at working height - continuous rotation compensates for tight set-up situations between the tower foundations.

• High-bay warehouse construction: steel structures up to 45 m high are assembled without moving the machine between assembly sections. Thanks to 360-degree rotation, changes of position are completely unnecessary.

The hydrostatic drive of all RTH models ensures stepless, precise manoeuvring - even on slopes and gravel. The outrigger configuration with four independently extendable outriggers allows set-up on uneven surfaces without compromises with support pads.

All current Magni RTH models feature RFID-based attachment recognition. The system automatically identifies the fitted attachment and adjusts the load chart in the control computer. The LMI (Load Moment Indicator) monitors in real time whether the combination of outreach, lift height and load is within the permissible range. Overloading is actively prevented - not just displayed.

The Magni cab is another differentiating factor: large glazed areas with an optimised view of attachments and load pick-up, an ergonomic touch display for machine control and - for remediation work with dust exposure - a pressurised cab that prevents asbestos or mineral fibre dust from entering. For the operator this means: no respiratory protection in the cab, full concentration on the work.

The HTH series addresses projects in which standard machines reach their physical limits. Load capacities between 10 t and 50 t, designed for continuous heavy use in harsh environments: reinforced concrete construction, quarries, marble extraction, assembly of heavy machinery components.

The difference between fixed TH models and the heavy-duty HTH class lies not only in load capacity: HTH machines have reinforced telescopic booms, an adapted outrigger configuration for extreme ground pressures and an extended load chart that allows high loads even at maximum outreach.

Normative basis: Magni HTH machines are manufactured and tested to EN 1459-2 (safety requirements for slewing variable-reach trucks). Luibl supplies rental machines exclusively with a valid inspection certificate - no expired inspections, no compromises on proof of conformity.

Remediation and demolition: the pressurised cab of the Magni RTH models allows work in contaminated areas (asbestos, mineral fibres) without contaminating the cab. Operators work in a protected interior - the user's obligations in line with applicable Belgian safety rules remain entirely with the client.

Mining and quarrying: heavy-duty HTH models are designed for gravel, broken rock and extreme ground loads. Load capacities of up to 50 t cover heavy material transport in extraction operations.

CO2 efficiency through optimised load paths: on many sites, Magni roto machines replace the combination of forklift and mobile crane. Fewer machines in use means fewer diesel hours, lower transport emissions and a smaller equipment footprint on site.

All rental machines are covered by Luibl under the lessor's liability insurance. Renters must provide proof of valid machinery insurance (all-risk or equivalent) for the rental period or book it optionally through Luibl. In the event of damage: immediate notification to Luibl, documentation of the damage by the renter, followed by handling directly through Luibl - no contact with third-party workshops is required. Luibl technicians carry out the initial assessment on site.
